Delivery Information

Delivery and Assembly is FREE for ALL PURCHASES.

At Checkout, you may choose your preferred delivery date and delivery time slot. 

Please take note of the following:

• We deliver to anywhere in Singapore except for Changi Airport region, Army Camps, Tuas, Jurong Island, and other restricted areas.
• Delivery is to door step only. Drivers are not entitled to carry them up a flight of stairs should the product location be on a higher level within your home. There will be surcharge of 35 SGD per flight of stairs that will go directly to the driver(s)
• Should there be the element of carrying of the product up a flight of stairs on the way to your home, please note that there will be surcharge of 35 SGD per flight of stairs that will go directly to the driver(s)
• Please check that the product may fit through all entryways on the way to your home, and into your home. All dimensions are clearly stated on the product page of each product. Should the product not be able to fit, it will be deemed as a failed delivery. We will have to bring the product back to our premises, and the customer will have to top up an additional 50 SGD for another delivery on another day.
• Please ensure that all information regarding delivery provided at our checkout page is accurate, and that there will be someone at home to receive the product during the time slot period that you have specifically chosen. Any failed delivery due to incorrect address, unit number, or mobile number, will also result in a 50 SGD re-delivery.
